About Minomi: Hello, I’m Minomi Subapanditha and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Before finding my passion in connecting with and supporting individuals as a therapist, I worked in the field of Biochemistry for several years.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, be it mundane or highly energetic activities. One of my favourite things to do is to complete (and glue together) 1000-piece fine art jigsaw puzzles with my mom. Making meaningful connections not only with my social circle but also connecting with myself has helped me become a better therapist. I practice mindfulness and self-compassion daily to elevate my sense of self.
About Therapy with Minomi: Hi, I’m Minomi Subapanditha and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). As an individual therapist, I value building a rich connection with you by being open, nonjudgmental, and empathetic, and fostering trust to provide you the space to be vulnerable. I take on a person-centred and an anti-oppressive approach to actively listen to the diverse life experiences you hold as an individual.
During sessions, I take on the role of a guide rather than an instructor to collaboratively support you in making positive behavioural changes.

About Amber: Hi, I’m Amber. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist, but I also fill several other roles in my life, such as being a mom to two exceptional children, a dog mom of two and a cat mom of one, a wife, daughter, and business owner. I have a strong love of animals that has led me to experience many opportunities, from opening a doggie daycare, spa, and boarding facility, to advocating and volunteering for the OSPCA and the Etobicoke Humane Society, to adopting my beautiful Galgo from Spain last spring.
I also enjoy anything and everything to do with the outdoors. I find being by the water to be very grounding and relaxing. When I’m not engaged with clients, you can find me relaxing by a pool or lake, attending one of my children’s sporting events, sitting on a patio, or going for a hike with friends.
About Therapy with Amber: I am a Registered Psychotherapist and passionate about supporting individuals in overcoming their adversaries. I am honoured to have the opportunity to help people become aware of their strengths, self-worth, and goals. Working from a collaborative, nonjudgmental, empathetic lens, encouraging clients to be the catalysts of their own realities, where I intuitively walk alongside them through the difficulties they are experiencing. I emphasize approaching my clients from a place of not knowing, striving to understand their ideologies, beliefs, values, and perspectives while honoring everyone’s ideals around health and healing.
I have a strong sentiment and have experience guiding clients through issues centering around Anxiety, Depression, Gender/Identity Concerns, Self-Esteem, Self-Worth, Life Transitions, Family Trauma, and Relational Challenges.

About Keeshia:Hello and welcome! My name is Keeshia and I am a Registered Psychotherapist. Above all, I am a mother to a wonderful boy who reminds me every day of the importance of mindfulness and gratitude. We love to spend time in nature, go for walks and bike rides, find new books and activities, and watch our favourite Disney movies.
I am also a plant mom! I am spiritual and believe in the energetic connection between everything in our universe, from the plants and the animals, to us humans, to the stars in the sky.
I believe our journeys have a deep spiritual meaning and we are here to learn, grow, and evolve. I value kindness, authenticity, empathy, and vulnerability. I start every morning with a cup of tea, three things I am grateful for, and positive affirmations. I believe our minds are truly powerful and we can overcome any obstacle thrown our way; perspective is everything!
About Therapy with Keeshia: Hello and welcome! My name is a Keeshia and I am glad you’re here. I am a Registered Psychotherapist who works with individuals of varying ages. I love getting to know your story and how you came to be in your current reality. I hope to explore your past and present, and together we can identify what goals you would like to reach.
I believe there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to therapy, so by getting to know you, we will find the ways in which you are best supported. I know that opening up and being vulnerable can be anxiety-inducing, so I strive to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space so you feel comfortable sharing your journey with me. We will always go at your pace; after all, you are the expert!
I also believe it is a sign of true strength to take a step towards reflecting inwards, so self-compassion is something I always encourage. I believe in the power of mindfulness and will notice your indirect ways of communicating with me as well (i.e., your body language) and together we will identify what’s coming up for you.
We will make connections between experiences, relationships, roles, habits, thoughts, patterns, and behaviours, and identify how you envision your future self. My hope is for you to leave our sessions feeling encouraged, validated, hopeful, and empowered. I would be grateful to be a part of your journey and hope we can connect soon!

About Melissa: Hello! My name is Melissa. In my life outside the therapy room, I’m someone who finds a deep sense of peace and appreciation in the often-overlooked moments of everyday life such as feeling the warmth of the sun, noticing the texture of sand, or pausing to take in the blooming of flowers during a walk. These moments of connection with the world around me help me to slow down and find calm amidst the busyness of life. Nature is where I feel most grounded, and it continues to shape my own relationship with mindfulness and presence.
Outside the therapy room, I love getting lost in fantasy worlds, whether through novels or comfort shows that bring a sense of familiarity and ease. I feel most balanced when I have movement in my days, whether that’s playing soccer, practicing yoga, or lifting weights. My days are also often brightened by my very fluffy, curious cat, who keeps life interesting and full of unexpected laughs. These parts of my life influence how I show up as a therapist. I bring the same sense of curiosity, groundedness, and appreciation for nuance into my work. I believe in meeting people where they are, honouring their pace, and creating a space where they can feel seen and heard as they explore who they are and who they’re becoming.
About Therapy with Melissa: Sometimes the weight of our inner world goes unnoticed, even by the people closest to us. When that happens, life can begin to feel isolating, and carrying it alone can make everything feel even harder to navigate. That’s why I view therapy as a place where you don’t have to hold things by yourself, and where your feelings and experiences are met with care and attention. Together, we can explore what feels heavy or confusing and start creating space for understanding and relief.
In this work, I use a dialectic approach to support balance and acceptance. This means holding space for both understanding your experiences and helping you in making meaningful changes. A central part of this process is learning to navigate challenges with greater insight and self-compassion. I approach therapy as a shared journey, navigating the waves of life side by side. My role is to help you learn to find steadiness, even when the currents are strong. I do this by honoring who you are and what you’ve been carrying, while gently supporting the shifts you’re ready to make.
Alongside reflection and emotional exploration, I offer practical tools and strategies you can carry into your everyday life. Whether it’s mindfulness practices, coping skills, or experiential exercises, my hope is that therapy becomes more than just an hour each week. I aim to make it a space where the growth and insight you gain can extend outside of the room. For me, therapy is about creating a steady, compassionate space where you can move forward: one step, one breath, and one insight at a time.

About Nika: Stepping outside of the therapy room, I am someone who deeply values exploration, connection, and ongoing growth. I find great comfort and renewal in nature by hiking, listening to the sound of water, or simply sitting outdoors to pause and breathe. These are just some of the moments that help me stay grounded and remind me of the beauty and wonder of life.
In addition to this, I love to travel, try new recipes in the kitchen, cozy up with a good book, and enjoy live music. Allocating time for these interests holds significant value for me, as it provides me with balance and joy and the ability to recharge my batteries.
In my life, I hold many different identities such as a partner, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a lifelong learner, and a cat mom. Being raised in a Polish immigrant household, I deeply value the beauty and complexity of living biculturally. Through this, I also understand the importance of cultural practices as well as the strength and connection that one receives from their community.
My commitment to maintaining balance and authenticity allows me to cultivate personal and professional growth, inside and outside of the therapy room. Embracing opportunities for curiosity, growth, and meaningful relationships any chance I get.
About Therapy with Nika: Therapy is the place where your story can be heard, understood, and honoured as we work toward writing the next chapter. I am here to walk alongside you as we explore your story and work toward navigating life’s challenges, developing tools, and engaging in self-exploration that allows you to feel grounded and empowered in your everyday life.
My clinical experience includes working as an Instructor Therapist, where I supported children and youth with diverse needs, and provided individualized, therapeutic-based interventions. I also have hands-on experience in an elementary school setting, supporting before- and after-school care for children with neurodivergence and heightened separation anxiety. These experiences have deepened my understanding of child development, emotional regulation, and the unique challenges we can face.
I support young adults, teens, and children at various stages of learning about themselves and the world around them. Whether it’s figuring out relationships, managing big emotions, or navigating life transitions, I offer a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe therapy to be a collaborative journey, one where you bring your voice, insights, and lived experiences. I recognize that each person’s story is shaped by broader influences such as culture, relationship dynamics, intergenerational history, and systemic factors. Honouring your values, goals, and background is central to my work and woven into every step of our sessions together.

About Duo Outside of the therapy room, I’m a daughter, partner, and friend who values deep conversations and meaningful connections with the people I love - and I’m usually the one throwing in bad jokes to make people laugh!
I love drawing, crafts, and taking photos: anything creative that lets me play with colour and composition. Sometimes my perfectionist side shows up, and I’m actively learning how to balance that with more self-compassion.
Being a lifelong learner is important to me, whether that’s learning more about myself, other people, or the world around me. I find a lot of joy in experiencing new things. I really enjoy learning languages and about different cultures, which helps me feel closer to people and more flexible in how I see the world.
I love trying new cuisines, and I’m especially drawn to the creativity of fusion food as a way of bringing cultures together. I enjoy taking on small creative projects too, like making my own perfume, glass art, or jewelry. For me, life feels like an ongoing experiment in creativity, connection, and finding comfort in the small things.
About Therapy With Duo Life can feel like a storm at times, and my hope is that therapy can be a place where we slowly learn how to dance in the rain rather than waiting for it to pass.
I meet clients in the middle of their “storms”: stress, anxiety, cultural or family pressures, and support them in finding steadier ground. A lot of my own “storms” have come from navigating different cultural expectations and feeling like I had to be a slightly different version of myself in each space. Growing up between cultures and often feeling “in between” now makes me especially committed to offering a space where you don’t have to split yourself up to feel accepted.
My style is gentle, curious, and down-to-earth. I pay close attention to your lived experience, including the roles you hold and the cultural contexts you move through. If we work together, you can expect someone who listens deeply, checks in often about what feels helpful, and walks alongside you as you experiment with new ways of coping, relating, and caring for yourself. My hope is that therapy with me feels like a safe place to bring your whole self, even the parts you’re still getting to know.

About Christina: I am constantly growing in the various identities I hold: Daughter, Wife, Mother, Sister, Friend, Colleague, Supervisor, Therapist, Community member, and Settler. Within it all, I am a person who values vulnerability, accountability, humour and deep meaningful connections. In the winter you’ll find me under multiple layers and in the summer, you can find me where the food and dance-like-no-one-is-watching music is at. I’m still looking for my “hobby”, but I have concluded with confidence it doesn’t involve sports-ball. Sarcasm and wit are my love language but when I am feeling down, a good ol’ safe space to cry and be held, fills my emotional cup. Looking forward to getting to know you!
About Therapy with Christina: Welcome to your first step in inviting meaningful change in your life and in your relationships. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist of 8 years. My individuality is rooted in: my cultural identity, the roles I hold (as wife, mother, sibling, friend, child, and therapist), & the values I hold (for respect, authenticity, care, community and fun).
In individual therapy, I invite you to connect with me, to explore the values you hold dear, what is getting in the way of honouring those values, and then collaborate in creating concrete steps to getting you closer to where you hope to be! Although it is just you and I in the room, often we will explore your relationships with concepts and/or people outside of the room, that are influencing who you are and who you want to be.
I truly believe you have the strengths and capacity to invite the change you are looking for and lean into the fact that you are the expert on you and your situation. I am just the expert on asking the right questions. There might be some tough questions and moments. Fear not, I will be right there to go at your pace, gently challenge you, and hold a non-judgemental, anti-oppressive, safe space for you to grow and move into your best self. When I’m not in sessions, I spend most of my free time reading books (strictly psychological thrillers), camping, and doing yoga with friends. I truly believe in the power of authenticity, and I hope that we both can show up in session, just as we are.
About Therapy with Rebecca: Within the therapy space, I strive to cultivate a space where you feel safe and secure in exploring parts of yourself that maybe you have never been allowed to explore or have felt safe enough to acknowledge by yourself or with others. While everyone’s goals are unique, I welcome conversations surrounding what you hope for in therapy, whether that be guidance, problem-solving, or coping skills, I hope to help you create the meaningful change that you are looking for in your daily life.
The methodologies that I often turn to in our sessions are Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative approaches. I also enjoy Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and teaching Vagus Nerve relaxation strategies (let’s reset together!) Regardless of the approaches that I hold value in, I ultimately believe in supporting the needs of each client and creating a plan that is unique and suited to you and your goals.
My hope for working with you is to provide you with an anti-oppressive, non-judgemental, and empathic therapeutic space while working as a collaborative team. I often stress that you are the expert in your own life and experiences, and I am simply the one who helps guide you further along in your journey of self-discovery.
I recognize and admire the vulnerability and strength that it can take to reach out for support. I’m here with you and am privileged to witness and be a part of the meaningful change you can create along the journey.

About Sara: Hi, my name is Sara. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist. Outside of my interest and role as a psychotherapist, I am a dog mom to a 5-year-old husky shepherd named Reya and a partner to my loving fiancé. I have recently moved back home to New Brunswick to be closer to family, whom are my greatest supporters and confidents. In my downtime, I enjoy listening to podcasts, crocheting, and being on my boat in the summers.
About Therapy with Sara: To echo the words of Brene Brown, ‘I want to be in the arena. I want to be brave with my life. And when we make the choice to dare greatly, we sign up to get our a**es kicked. We can choose courage, or we can choose comfort, but we can’t have both’. Stepping into a therapeutic space, in and of itself, takes both bravery and courage, as the work is both an investment in ourselves and not often an easy, straight path. It’s rather a winding road where we find healing and its a journey worth taking. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship, one that is built on trust and compassion, and in my experience, is the cornerstone to therapeutic success.
I take a collaborative and client-centred approach, creating a calm, safe, and non-judgemental space for clients to come as they are, with their most authentic selves. I commit to entering the space with you, with my own authenticity and transparency.
We all long for connection - we desire to be seen, heard and understood. I will walk alongside you, encouraging you to be the expert of your own life, while ensuring you know that you’re never alone. We will collaborate on a treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs, and create a space where your voice is heard and understood. I will be humbled to celebrate your small wins and your greatest triumphs while supporting you every step of the way.
